Everybody says that knowing your customers is key… How do we do this in Delivery Hero?
After ordering many times with Lieferheld, last month your order got cancelled. You got disappointed and have never ordered again.
Today you receive a funny notification in your phone, giving you a great deal on your favorite restaurant, so you decide to take advantage of it and give Lieferheld a second chance. Hopefully this time the experience will be great and you will consider ordering again.
In order to send the right message at the right time, we rely on the order history of our customers.
