Job Description : Tech Lead

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

Job Description :

- You will be working on interesting technical challenges while leading a team of engineers in a fast-paced start-up environment. The role requires solid programming experience along with demonstrated ability to lead teams, take ownership and drive solutions to closure.
- You will play a key role in driving the technology strategy as well as product roadmap and execution of the company.

Technology Skillsets :

- Extensive experience in building Web applications using Java, C#, Javascript

- Excellent proficiency in the following technologies & frameworks (JavaScript / REST / HTML / CSS /Angular / React / Elasticsearch / Mongo and related frameworks)

- Working knowledge of RDBMS, application infrastructure & network security

- Excellent knowledge of Algorithms, Data structures and Optimizations

Job Requirements :

- 6-10 years of strong software development experience across tech stack (front-end and back-end)

- Min 2 years of leading a team of engineers through entire product lifecycle

- Proven experience in building tech services/systems that scale

- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions

- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems

- Working with the executive team on conceptualizing, prototyping, and user testing new modules, features, and offerings

- Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate and execute releases with a good degree of predictability

- Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across cross-functional teams including business teams, product managers, designers, developers & QA

- Past experience with a FinTech startup or any startup
