This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of professional experience with Web technologies
* Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
* Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
* Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
* Passionate about building an innovative culture
* Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement

Essential Technology Skills
* Object Oriented Programming (OOP) knowledge
* Java/J2ee
* HTML 5, Javascript, CSS
* Database - Oracle, Cassandra
* Web Application Frameworks like Spring Boot
* Javascript libraries like React, jQuery
* Version control tools - Git
* Defect Management (JIRA or equivalent)
* Apache Tomcat Server
* Build tools like Maven
* Experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred
* JUnit, Test driven development

Essential Professional Skills
* A \"can do\" attitude
* Be able to adjust quickly to changes
* Clear verbal and written communication
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Aptitude to learn business knowledge and new technologies
* Organization skills, be able to prioritize task based on priority level.
