Software Engineer, Frontend at Mastt Australia Pty Ltd (Sydney, Australia)

The mission of the engineering team is to give analytical superpowers to capital works portfolio managers. Through using our system, a portfolio manager will be able to make decisions faster, allocate resources better, and ultimately build more with less. Given that we work with sectors such as government, education and energy, this results in more government capability, more schools, and more robust energy infrastructure.

Engineers work directly with the founding team in Australia. We work in an Agile way: engaging with industry, creating feature iterations, testing with users and refining until we solve the core problems.

The leadership team believes that to motivate individuals, they must be given opportunity to grow and learn new skills. To enable growth, the team has access to paid learning resources, mentorship and the option to elect which problems they want to work on from the product roadmap.
