strong Javascript or C# skills to drive efforts to implement web interfaces in support of multiple CSP enterprise environments to be used in conjunction with an already developed On Premise enterprise architecture. The candidate must have experience with solutions from both a technical and functional perspective. The engineer must be able to help clarify client requirements, design and build the solution
leveraging multiple resources/teams, on Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and VMware. The
engineer must participate in exploring business needs, architectural analysis, development,
testing, and production support and system maintenance.
Responsibilities:
UX / UI design and implementation of Web Interface to exercise C# API endpoints
Development of C# endpoints and models.
Designing, Building, and Improving the reliability of the cloud infrastructure automation
Provide advanced engineering support to Production, Test, and Development support teams as
well as directly with the client
Automate and Build new environments in multiple CSP Clouds.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience required.
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
experience.
Java and Javascript.
Vue (REACT or Angular is a plus, Vue is used by the project).
Experience with 508 compliance
Knowledge of using Promises in Javascript
Experience developing code utilizing/authoring RESTful APIs.
Experience developing code utilizing/authoring JSON.
Experience with Generics.
Experience developing and executing systems integration tests.
Experience developing and executing unit tests for javascript and C#.
Experience designing and building environments in the cloud.
Strong understanding and knowledge of CSP services (Virtual Machines, Websites, Storage
Blobs, SQL Database, Virtual Network, Traffic Manager, Automation, Active Directory, CDN,
Cache).
Experience with DevOps and automation Tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Nexus, Chef, and
Puppet).
Work closely with project team members to understand program office requirements, review
design documents, and provide release support and architecture planning.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to communicate
effectively with core project team members, team leads and client director-level resources.
Experience with initiatives for addressing redundancy in legacy applications
Experience in Agile based development environment using DevOps
Public Trust Clearance is required for this position. US Citizenship is required for this position.
