The Ad Platforms EPM team is looking for a self-driven and versatile EPM who can lead a team of EPMs to drive cross functional programs across Apple that are key to business growth. As part of a small team, you will own delivery responsibilities on these projects working with different teams at Ad Platforms, while at the same time adhering to the highest levels of privacy and security that Apple holds. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring your team of EPMs to work through program dependencies, risks, and deliver measurable outcomes against timelines in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with EPMs, engineering teams, product managers, and business operations from Ad Platforms to drive projects to successful completion.

You are responsible for driving your own programs, as well as maintain overall responsibility of your teams projects.

You are responsible for working closely with the engineering teams to deliver technical product(s) that align with business direction and product requirements.
Artifacts that you are responsible for may include: high level solution architectures, technical design proposals, technology assessments

You are expected to work closely with Product and engineering teams to identify requirements and collaborate on dependencies, overall roadmap and delivery milestones.

You are expected to articulate and weigh in pros and cons of competing solutions, as it fits and aligns with overall Apple and Ad Platforms direction.

You are expected to negotiate the sequencing and timing of delivery with technology leadership, Product, and go-to-market teams. You must have the ability to assess delivery risks, propose and take action on mitigations, and escalate to the technology leadership team if needed.

You are expected to understand and articulate delivery impact to stakeholders such as end consumers, the business, and other Apple teams.

You are expected to deliver timely and appropriate project updates to stakeholders by articulating business, consumer, and technology impact.

You will facilitate decisions across multiple stakeholders such as Product, engineering teams, HI, and other EPMs.

You are expected to help define and drive out organization strategy as it aligns with leadership direction.

You must have familiarity and prior experience with Agile projects and programs. As the EPM Manager, you are expected to coach and mentor your team in Agile methodologies, while tailoring the specifics to work well with Apples ecosystem, toolsets, and methods.

You will drive the development and on-going iteration of Ad Platforms project and program delivery process.

You will review the toolsets and processes to ensure that relevant best practices are developed within the team.
