As the owner of all systems that make our company run, reporting to our VP of Engineering, your job is to reimagine “Corporate IT” as only a Software Engineer can: you’ll stitch together our identity, helpdesk, financial, R&D, SOC, and HR systems in ways that delight your coworkers and reinforce our company’s core values. While you will be based in Seattle, you’ll travel up to 10% of your time to our other locations to meet directly with your customers.

You will … 

• Use your programming prowess to automate the mundane, boring and manual IT tasks


• Build a state of the art zero trust corporate environment that includes Mac/Windows/Linux


• Manage all internal software and hardware systems that enable us to do our daily work


• Develop, construct, test and deliver tools and workflows which eliminate pain for ActZero employees


• Identify, integrate and automate new solutions which reinforce our core values through our IT ecosystem

• Ever been frustrated with traditional IT and have felt you could use your programming skills to do things better


• An innovative and passionate spirit, an ability to overcome technical issues in a cooperative environment, a commitment to ship quickly, and familiarity with agile software development practices


• Administered or supported Windows / Mac / Linux in a corporate environment


• Solid knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures and algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis) and can demonstrate your abilities in at least one programming language.


• The ability to deal with ambiguity, communicate well with partner teams, and a compassionate understanding of the customer experience
