Good programming skills in ASP.NET, .Net 3.5/4.0, C#, WCF, .Net Remoting, Threading, MVC, XML, SQL Server 2008
Exposure to Silverlight and latest technologies JSON, JQuery & Javascript will be added advantage
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Understanding of Object Oriented Design and OOPS (Basic Advance)
Familiar with Unit Test, Mock, Test Driven Development etc.
Knowledge of build tools like MSBuild, VSTS or some similar version control software
SQL Server skills - Ability to analyze database queries, stored procedures, views, indices and functions
