Your mission as a Senior Software Developer on our shared services team is to develop high-quality code for our SaaS platform.
In this role youll
- Develop high-quality, agile code for our culture technology platform creating shared services, and continually collaborating with others to build unique solutions.
- Solve complex problems with limited direction.
- Ensure quality of code through unit/integration/acceptance tests and code reviews.
- Be a positive force for the team providing senior leadership and mentorship to new engineers.
- Understand the why behind the business requirements.
- Continually assess and challenge the impact that your work is having on customers.
What You Bring to the Role:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, product development preferred.
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programming techniques and the use of design patterns.
- A mix of C#, .NET (Core), SQL, Azure (or AWS), React (or other front-end technology)
- Experience designing and building API services
Nice to Haves:
- DevOps experience
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Demonstrated experience with some of the following additional technologies: event bus, NoSQL, auth standards, microservices architecture, and other cloud-based technologies.
