Responsibilities :
- Work as part of our dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle
- Collaborate with and mentor team members through code review, design and knowledge sharing
- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design, administrative activities to development, automated testing, and deployment, including data quality and design
- Design and implement critical solutions with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET
- Actively engage in an Agile (Scrum) environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven methodologies
- Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality/time-to-market imperatives
- Assists with user story grooming to better define technical configuration changes and translate business intent
- Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management
Experience :
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing rich internet applications
- Experience with,ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS,
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
A perfect fit for this role :
- Experience with data structures and warehousing methods
- A desire to work as part of a small, fast-paced, and highly-flexible team
- Prior experience with an MVC framework
- Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendations
