Quality Assurance Tester at The BOSS Group (Indianapolis, IN)

We are looking for Contract Quality Assurance Testers that would like to be part of an exciting product launch for a well-known technology company. The project will last six weeks, and requires that you be onsite in the San Francisco, California area for six weeks. Flight, hotel, and per diem will be provided. 

Quality Assurance Testers Responsibilities:

 Test updates to our client's web page and other interactive deliverable, through manual and automated testing. 

 Writing and executing test plans, writing bug defects, updating test reports, verifying fixes, and testing pages and emails.

 Certify pre-released pages and web apps using internal standards.

 Communicate with Development, Producers and Graphics. 

 Evaluate HTML and CSS code changes to determine test strategy.

 Collaborate with developers to develop strategies and test plans

Quality Assurance Testers Qualifications:

 Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

 Analytical mind and problem-solving skills

 Knowledge of front-end web testing and automation  

 Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS

 Ability to clearly document and troubleshoot errors

 Experience with the Agile methodology and regression testing is helpful

 Understand how to test plan and write test cases

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Solid understanding of browser variations and rendering engines

 Familiarity testing on OS X, iOS, Windows and Android

 2+ years of working as a Quality Assurance professional or web developer
