Selecting the right candidate for our Coordinator, Database & Digital Content position is central to our future growth and success. The Coordinator will be a member of a dynamic team that serves small and large businesses from the US and globally within a highly competitive industry. He/she will assist with the daily management and implementation of the technology systems deployed at the Association including the membership database, website and online education system. Additionally, the coordinator will also support the development and up-keep of the social media applications of the Association.
In general, the following duties may be required:
Database:
Provide assistance to the Director, Information Services with:
- Designing and incorporating meetings/events registration forms
- Designing and incorporating various fundraising events
- Designing and incorporating product sales
- Entering member-related information
- Tracking NACD dues payments, refunds, meeting registrations, product sales, and fundraising amounts
- Assisting with statistical reports on the membership and the meetings.
- Designing and distributing reports
- Providing training to staff on using the database
- Producing mailing lists and labels
- Performing downloads /integration support to update web site, multiple e-mail blast services and/or other vendors as appropriate
Online education portal
- Managing course content and uploads of new content
- Assisting members with bulk purchases and customer service issues
- Preparing weekly usage reports/graphs
Website/Social Media/Apps:
- Assist Communications manager with updates to website and email blasts
- Assist PR manager with social media postings: blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Assist Director of Meeting/Communications Team with creating/managing meeting apps
