The position
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Architect who can actively design the advancement of Avaloq and help us shape the future of banking.
As a Solution Architect you are responsible for the alignment of the group architecture strategy and our clients business needs.
You work independently with great autonomy and deliver results in agile projects together with different teams. You help our internal and external customers succeed by solving their real-world problems. You strive for perfection but remain pragmatic.
Your mission:
- Define software architecture, components, infrastructure and nonfunctional product requirements
- Work closely with our business architects and developers to ensure project delivery
- Support our business development team
What you need:
- 4+ years of work experience as an architect or developer
- Very good knowledge of conceptual and abstract work
- Knowledge of current trends in technology
- Strong focus on delivery
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, German is a plus
- Avaloq experience is a plus
You will get extra points for the following
- Some experience in the following technologies: Oracle DB, JBoss, Java, HTML/CSS, Openshift, Kafka, Docker, Angular, GIT, Ansible, ActiveMQ, JDBC, Unix
