WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work with our Fortune 500 clients on Digital Transformation projects that will enable them to move to the digital age by adopting leading edge technology and software development processes
• Immerse, on site with the client and with our team to deliver technical projects and coach the client in learning agile XP with lean methodologies
• Lead client-facing projects in small teams
• Elegantly bring designs to life by using cutting edge technologies and techniques
• Take ownership of the quality and usability of your code
• Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years professional experience with .Net (Core is nice to have)
• 3+ years Javascript Node and React (Node and React, nice to have)
• Concourse and Casca (nice to have)
• You're a true PolyGlot and not afraid to work on any tech stack
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB, Cassandra or Redis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Cloud Foundry, Heroku, RackSpace or similar platforms
• Previous consulting / client facing experience (must have - focused on transformation project)
• Proficiency with at least one agile methodology – e.g. XP and/or Scrum
• Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership of your work
• Strong communication skills for a pair programming environment
• Team Player: You believe that you can achieve more on a team — that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. You rely on others' candid feedback for continuous improvement
