Description :
- You will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team responsible for enhancing and supporting our Client Fulfillment and Onboarding platforms.
- The candidate will be expected to work on Salesforce or Pega.
- The eligible applicant for this role will be part of product engineering team involved in definition, development, deployment and support of Client Fulfillment and Onboarding (CFO) products in Global Commercial Payments Technology.
- The individual will also play a key role in partnering with business and technology colleagues to drive strategic priorities.
- The Team follows agile methodology and uses the latest distributed development technologies to develop and enhance the CFO product(s).
- Development Engineers design, develop, document, test (via manual and automated methods), troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy and support software and systems for the CFO product(s).
- They design, build, test and support software that meets the needs of the business and improve upon it through operational ownership.
- They use the right tools for the job, and build software that works well and efficiently within the overall system architecture.
Responsibilities :
- Serves as a core member of an engineering team that designs and develops software applications
- Hands-on experience in implementation of significant customisation using the force.com platform.
- Experience in lightning implementation is preferred
- Ability to Perform configuration, customisation, integration and support of Salesforce.com (good to have Admin, Configuration experience )
- Experience in customising using apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc.
- Ability to convert customer requirement to technical specifications and support multiple Orgs implementation
- Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model or PEGA data model.
- Knowledge of Salesforce/PEGA recommended best practice around design and development
- Writes code and unit tests, working on API specs and conducting code reviews and testing.
- Write Automation test scripts and test suits
- Experience in working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, Javascript and JQuery Experience with Subversion,
- Works with product managers to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and manages a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues.

Qualifications :
- 3+ years of software development experience with over 2 years expertise in BPM tools such as Salesforce or Pega.
- Developing user journeys using Salesforce or Pega
- Hands-on experience in implementation of significant customization using the force.com platform.
- Ability to Perform configuration, customization, integration and support of Salesforce.com (good to have Admin, Configuration experience)
- Experience in customizing using apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc.
- Experience in lightning implementation is preferred
- Ability to convert customer requirement to technical specifications and support multiple Orgs implementation

- Experience in objected oriented analysis, design and design patterns
- Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and automated testing
- A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software
- Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
Good to have :
- Experience with Java and related technologies, including relational databases
- Web Services development experience - both SOAP and REST
- Understanding of XML, JSON, web services technologies, and data structure fundamentals
- Experience in writing SQL and PL/SQL
- Relevant Industry experience, e.g. Payments, Travel.
