POSITION : Senior Software Engineer/Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Position is of a person who can lead a team of Java developers and manage complete development life cycle, viz., requirement elicitation from customer, requirement analysis, designing, coding, testing, build, release and maintenance.
- In addition person should be good in project management, technical review of work products and SDLC processes.

QUALIFICATION : B-Tech (IT or CSE)/ MCA with minimum 60% marks throughout academic standard.

EXPERIENCE : 5-6 years

DESIRED PROFILE :

- Experience in Project Management and Configuration control tools

- Exposure to CMM practices shall be added advantage

- Proficiency in Customer Requirement elicitation and analysis

- Proficiency in designing, development environment, debugging tools

- Ability to understand existing software product code

- Guide team in unit testing and participate in design and code-review process

- Good communication skills

- Good team leader qualities

ESSENTIAL : Very Good Knowledge of Java, Core Java, JSP, Servlets and Databases, Bootstrap, Angular JS, Weblogic. Jboss, Oracle etc

COMPENSATION : As per Industry standards
