Purpose
As a Full Stack .NET Engineer you will be responsibility for delivering, integrating and maintaining high value Customer Care systems and tools. You will join a squad specifically focused on supporting Care Operations by partnering with other internal IT teams to deliver the best Customer agent experience and improve our Customer journey. While doing so, the squad is looking for continuous improvements throughout its’ project and initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain internal Customer Care web applications using client, server and AWS cloud technologies;
- Own, monitor and improve our applications in production - be involved throughout our applications life cycle, influence every step of the way;
- Write unit tests, integration tests and CI/CD scripts;
- Participate in the complete development process using the agile methodology.
Some of the initiatives CCTS will work on:
- Develop new internal order management system:
- Design and deliver new user interface (UX);
- Integrate with existing API and data structures;
- Extend functionality to optimize internal processes.
- 3rd party integration:
- Customer Care system;
- Chat (assistant) and webform services;
- Slack.
- Improve customer journey:
- Support Care channel management optimization;
- Improve parts of Care webpages (e.g. dynamic FAQ items).
- Improve Care department Data & Analytics
Tech keywords: .NET Core, C#, AWS, DynamoDb, Serverless, ElasticSearch, REST API, JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML, OctopusDeploy, event sourcing.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Microsoft web technologies (ASP.NET MVC or Web API);
- Coding and design skills in JS (+ frameworks, preferably React), HTML and SCSS/CSS;
- Effective communication in English (speaking and writing) is a must.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of UX and UI implementation skills;
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
- Experience with Continuous Delivery, TDD, BDD, DDD;
- Experience with Customer Service solutions such as online Chat, Email Ticket systems and/or Chatbots;
- Knowledge of, or experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
