About the job
We at Swedbank are creating a container team that will lead our technical transformation and design, develop and operate our new container platform. You will be a part of the team that will provide professional container services, onboarding apps/workloads, supporting with best practices on solution design and driving container evangelization activities across Swedbanks organization.
You will also work in a collaborative and agile way with colleagues located in Sweden and the Baltic countries.
For the right person the position will offer great possibilities for innovation, large scale implementations experience and possibility to explore new technologies and services.

- Have broad IT background with experience from several infrastructure areas (Security and middleware is meriting) and are a natural problem solver
- Are used to working with development of infrastructure services and are fluent in several scripting languages, integration patterns, security and ideally engineering your own API's
- Have broad knowledge and experience with Container frameworks/Schedulers and Orchestrators (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm etc.)
- Have knowledge and experience within the Continuous integration/delivery area (CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Travis and friends etc.)
- Have knowledge and experience of infrastructure management tools (like Terraform, CloudForms, Puppet, Ansible etc)
- Have experience from deploying and establishing best practices for container technologies in an agile/devops environment
- Possess communication skills to be able to talk with business side, developers and other stakeholders
- Have experience of using enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
