Work with a fast-growing team at TransPerfect to guide one of TransPerfect’s flagship products.
DESCRIPTION
- Appraise new product ideas, prioritize implementation of new features and set specific timelines
- Gain an understanding of customer experience and suggest new ideas to improve user experience
- Work closely with the UX and Engineering teams to deliver functional solutions
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree required
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in an agile development environment, writing epics and stories
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Tech savvy and passionate about building products
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to convey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language
- Good problem solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a field such as design, business, computer science or related field preferred
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript
