Software Development Manager at Resolver (Toronto, ON, Canada)

As a Software Development Manager, you’ll lead one of our development teams. You’ll coach them along the entire development process, building new features while also taking an active role in their professional development.

Our stack includes react.js, node.js, postgresql and dynamodb, but you don’t need to be an expert in everything. Our product focuses on risk management, and essentially helps companies make better decisions. It’s a large, scalable SaaS product, that’s also greenfield, so you won’t be inheriting any legacy technology.

We like to think of ourselves as a start-up within an enterprise software company. Apparently this is a scale-up? You’ll help foster an agile and transparent approach, tackling interesting challenges, have autonomy and experiment with new technologies. Plus, you’ll be collaborating with Product, DevOps and Quality Engineering teams who are equally as ambitious.
