As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work on a variety of projects, ranging from internal custom software updates to advanced back-end website development needs for new website projects. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results focused environment and be able to manage individual projects and parallel development. The right candidate is hungry for growth and learning, detail- and process-oriented, and understands the importance of scalable code while maintaining high standards for quality/testing. This individual also plays a key role in the construction and maintenance of internal departmental coding standards, best practices and delivers all work accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, both in front-end and server-side technologies
- Develop and integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
- Create and manage API integrations with websites and various types of CRM or ERP systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot existing and new applications
- Provide recommendations for development standards and architecture
- Provide technical leadership and support to the team
- Manage new and emerging technology solutions
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, or similar field
- 4+ years of experience with LAMP, Python (and Django framework), and Bootstrap
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
- AWS server experience
- Familiarity with large-scale system architecture for web projects
- Experience with and/or technical knowledge of building APIs and content delivery
- Experience working with and maintaining repository systems and procedures
- Self-motivated to meet deadlines while collaborating effectively as part of a larger team
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to balance multiple projects and manage time efficiently
Bonus Skills:
- WordPress architecture and plugin development experience
