ABOUT ME AND MY TEAM Hi, I’m Oisin Mulvihill, CTO at Unmortgage. We work in an Agile XP+TDD team in Angel, London. You will be working closely with a fun and talented team of front and back end developers. We’re looking for people with a wide range of experience so people who could step up for me. Our hiring process: Starts with booking a short phone call with us to find out more about you and your goals. If there's an immediate role here we will follow up with a face-to-face meeting at our offices so you can meet the team and learn more about us. After meeting us we suggest people sleep on their thoughts and if they still like us in the morning we suggest spending a day in the office to work alongside us and see if there is chemistry. We will pay a fair day-rate because we believe that's the fair thing to do. If all goes well, we'll ask what you're looking for financially and hope to make you an offer that matches your expectations.

If you’re a successful candidate, you will join me and the tech team in creating and iterating:
·        Our client experience - delivering an excellent end-to-end customer experience, from the moment they first encounter us, through to managing their new home.
·        Our public website - content pages, features for visitors and clients.
·        Additional products – for example, we will be building an iOS and Android app soon.

For those interested, here’s some things it would be great if you knew how to use:
·        Agile XP+TDD
·        React and/or React Native
·        HTML5, SASS/CSS3, and javascript technologies WebPack, Bower, jQuery, Bootstrap. ·        Jasmine, PhantomJS or other tools to test code produced
·        Experience in a lead role
·        Python web framework experience
