We have a great opportunity for a skilled and articulate mid-career developer with leadership experience and a rigorous technical sense.
Our platform-scale solutions help hundreds of hedge funds, asset managers, and investment banks comply with an increasingly complex set of regulatory requirements. We sit at the nexus of what is lately called “RegTech”, integrating legal detail, middle- and back-office financial operations, and dynamic, automated technology. Building quality software for the planet’s most demanding users is not an easy job, and working through data-driven problem-solving requires stronger focus and drive than most line-of-business applications. We care about programming—its art as well as its science—and are looking for developers who master not only what they build but why and how, and who can articulate options and choices with ease and intelligence.
This role requires assuming architectural, development, and management responsibilities for a small, seasoned team on a mature platform. There are great opportunities for new development initiatives, architectural evolution, and fast-growing practice and process evolution.
In exchange, CSS offers a true growth opportunity: we are a newly formed global-scale provider, combining decades of experience across four legacy companies to build a best-in-class, comprehensive compliance platform. Our international presence is expanding swiftly, and as we grow we maintain the most valuable aspects of our product-driven culture to stay swift, focused, and tenacious.
