This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
- Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
- Will be responsible for working with Business and Technology teams to architect, lead, develop, and manage solutions to highly complex business and technology programs with focus on Corporate to Bank integration primarily using internet and distributed technologies
- Engaging the appropriate technology subject matter experts within JPMorgan Chase to drive the technology roadmap and achieve our business vision
- He or she will be responsible and held accountable for architecture governance, solution designs, estimates, blueprints, and managing open issues and risks for projects/initiatives related to file management architecture and technology strategy
- Must have 5-10+ years of experience in information technology in a large corporate or consulting environment, of those years at least 5 years focused on B2B technologies, secure file transfer protocols, integration and middleware technologies (webMethods or similar), data translation and integration
- Successful candidate must have experience implementing complex business solutions
- Proven ability to produce results and proactively drive strategic initiatives. Strong oral and written communication and team leadership skills
- Must be comfortable working in a changing environment
- Excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines
- Must have the ability to bring large scale/high impact projects to conclusion from a technical and leadership perspective. Ability to persuade and influence is key
- Experience creating and presenting executive level presentations
- Must have ability to be tactful yet assertive
- Experience with integration of ERP systems and payment processing, as well as banking technology experience is a plus
- Banking Payment and Reporting Integration experience a huge differentiator skill to have
- Capable of leading cross-discipline planning and implementation teams (5+)
- Education: Undergraduate degree focused on Information Technology (CS, MIS, CE etc)
