What you will do:
- Ensure the quality of the company's business services including security, reliability and performance
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans for our entire microservice platform
- Develop Automated tests and integrate them into our CI flow
- Act pro-actively communicating implications of defects found
- Be part of our backend development team, maintaining the full lifecycle of our software with us
What you will learn:
- How to build test automation infrastructure for testing complex products in challenging environments
- Effective writing of test cases, test steps and simulation scenarios to optimize maximum testing coverage and accuracy with minimum testing effort
What should you bring:
- A Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Solid experience in Quality Assurance on web based software projects
- Good knowledge in Java 8, REST and HTTP
- Preferably good knowledge in bash and SQL
- Hands on experience in continuous integration and testing tools (e.g. Jenkins, Cucumber or Spock, TestNG, Selenium)
- Ideally previous experience with restful APIs, microservices, Spring Boot or Spring Cloud
- Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical staff and communicate fluently in English
