About this role
This is a management role overseeing 3 developers who maintain and implement new features for our marketing and sales sites. The role requires a combination of technical and people management skills.
The development team lead is responsible for:
- Mentoring developers
- Managing the development process
- Guiding feature development
- Communicating with management

- Keeping the big picture in mind
Education & Skills desired:
- Four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing a development team

- Good understanding of large marketing sites, SEO best practices and working with databases
