At Lottery.com we’re assembling a world-class team of brilliant minds, resourceful doers and creative problem-solvers with a ‘find a way or make a way’ attitude. Founded in 2015 and based in Austin, Texas, Lottery.com is creating the world’s number one digital lottery brand. We’re bringing digital sales to Powerball and Mega Millions, launching a global charitable raffle and bringing digital lottery to countries around the world.
We’re rapidly expanding our team to build out new products and are hiring a VP of Product to lead the product team in these efforts. The VP Product is responsible for leading user experience and product design across Lottery.com, including hiring, managing and building the product organization. Ideal candidates have a strong product sense, a great intuition for beautiful and functional design, and plenty of experience working with teams to deliver top tier products.

Responsibilities
- Hire and manage a product team, building the organization, encouraging a strong product culture and defining product process
- Define a product vision and strategy.
- Help build and work with a team of world-class designers, defining a strong UI/UX vision, always keeping the user first and foremost.
- Work with a team of world-class engineers, helping to guide priorities, be the voice of “the person not in the room” and guide towards meeting company goals.
Requirements
- BS Degree or similar in Computer Science
- 5+ years industry experience building product at awesome companies
- Track record of delivering beautiful applications, including top app store applications
- Track record of demonstrating grit, rigor, curiosity, teamwork, ownership and integrity
- Ability to pass background check, has appropriate work authorization
