Jack Henry & Associates is seeking the talented, the focused, to join our team of Project Coordinators for the ProfitStars - Web Solutions team.  As a Project Coordinator, you will be the first impression and initiate the client relationship post sale.  The Project Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for project implementations and must heavily focus on strategic delivery of ProfitStars solutions through client discovery, coordinating resources, extensive product knowledge and constant adaptation and management of client expectations.  This position’s main goals are to uncover, articulate, and manage the vision for every implementation across internal and external teams, mobilize resources internally to meet customer needs as their advocate, and strive to launch customers as a reference of Jack Henry & Associates. This position will be filled out of Brentwood, TN and you may have travel up to 5% to attend potential training and or a conference.


This team has the opportunity to directly assist our clients with the design and implementation of their custom websites.   This team of coordinators works with clients through the entire website development project from creation to launch.  The Project Coordinator will work to set timeline expectations to ensure deadlines are met.  The Project Coordinator will assist with entering site content, and conduct content management system training with clients.  Once the site is live, the Project Coordinator will transition the client to the technical support team.  If you want to be part of a team that assists clients in making a great first impression on the web, this position may be for you!  Jack Henry & Associates offers a great array of benefits, a casual and relaxed work environment, and a company culture that encourages professional growth and development! MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



  • Must have a minimum of 18 months experience in any of the following categories: Website Implementation, Website Technical Support and or Website Project Coordinator.


PREFERRED SKILLS



  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience within Financial Technology industry is preferred.

  • Experience with a Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 



  • Implementation lead to an average of 30 client projects, in detail, through all various stages of implementation.

  • Proactive & regular client communication through various channels; delivery and mange client expectations for project timelines throughout life of implementation.

  • Administer CMS training with client on their site upon initial delivery.

  • Serves as a leader and resource for the installation team members.

  • Prepares customer for implementation.  Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.

  • Establishes guidelines/time-frames to ensure a successful installation.  Ensures milestones are met.  Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary.  May interact with project manager.

  • Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.

  • Troubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.

  • Conducts exit reviews.  Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent conversions.

  • May train installation team personnel.  May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.

  • May participate in new release activities.

  • May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items.

  • May participate in sales turnover meetings to schedule and determine the scope of the project.
