We are looking for Senior Software Development Engineer who will work with Stratuscent Data Scientists to design, scale, optimize and deploy machine learning models in a multi-tenant SaaS system. The Stratuscent’s cloud solution connects thousands of devices and serves very large number of customers.
The Machine learning models use TensorFlow and use Tensor Serving framework for trained model execution. The Senior Software Development Engineer will lead and drive technical architecture for machine learning algorithms and applications for Stratuscent Cloud. The candidate will work closely with the Data scientists and Cloud design primes to ensure seamless integration of machine learning applications with rest of the system, and meet performance, scalability and reliability objectives.
The successful applicant must possess excellent software design and development skills, working knowledge of designing for cloud environment, Tensor Serving framework, and excellent troubleshooting skills. The candidate should be able to learn new skills and concepts rapidly, be able to work independently and in team environment and possess strong sense of ownership.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years software design and development experience
- Proficiency developing in a modern programming language: C++, Python, Java
- Proficiency with TensorFlow and Tensor Serving
- Proficiency with Virtual Machine and Container technologies
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL Database technologies
- Proficiency in Object-oriented design
- Have designed and developed applications for cloud environment (AWS or Azure)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team in a cross functional environment
- Development environments: GIT, JIRA
