Finance Software Engineer: Help us solve our Accounting challenges at Lux Group (Sydney, Australia)

We are looking for a software engineer that has an equal passion for financial systems. 

You will have an undergraduate degree in finance/accounting such as BCom, Professional Accounting or equivalent commercial experience.

You will have a passion for solving problems and experience of programming in languages such as SQL, VBA or ideally, Javascript,  Java, or C#.

You'll be working in a small cross-functional team with a focus on strong engineering. You will not have any immediate line management responsibilities, however, we do provide a career path if that is a path you want to go down.

You will be a developer who does not simply push through features, but questions whether we are building the right product, or whether we can find a simpler solution by redefining the problem.
