Powerfront is looking for talented DevOps / Technical Support Engineer to support our Powerfront CMS platform and AWS environment.

Responsibilities
- Management of systems ensuring maximum system availability by maintaining a stable, standard and secure technology platform
- Monitoring, administration and management of server/network infrastructure (internal and hosted)
- Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications
- Installing patches and security upgrades on server infrastructure
- Use formal Change Request process for making changes to infrastructure.
- Provide help-desk support to clients and resellers by phone or email using the Helpdesk Ticket system
- Stress Testing Sites
- Client email support
- Provide dedicated support during system critical & high platform availability incidents as a key member of the 24x7 incident response team
- Plan Manage and implement authorised infrastructure projects e.g. server optimisation, firewall replacement, setup hosting services etc.
- Disaster recovery plan development, implementation and maintenance
- Documentation of all systems configurations and processes

Skills & requirements
Required Qualifications
- Must have Advanced verbal and written English skills
- Possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Engineering, Computer/Telecommunication or equivalent from a reputable University
- Strong Microsoft Server Experience including SQL Server 2005+ and IIS
- Strong knowledge in DNS/Internet technologies
- Good working Knowledge of Windows XP/Vista/7/8
- Good understanding of Amazon AWS
- Good understanding of virtualisation including VMware
- Understanding of Google Apps for business
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on working experience
- Super attention to detail
- A multi-tasker who isn't fazed by a varied work schedule
