Due to growth and our recent migration to Salesforce, we're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and share their expertise in all things Salesforce.
A typical day in the life of an AASM Salesforce Developer:
- Daily collaboration with your fellow developers to review your projects, talk about problem areas and bounce ideas off each other.
- Since you are an expert at Salesforce you will work closely with managers and staff to develop innovative solutions using Salesforce to meet their project needs and requirements.
- You will work with our 3rd party Association Management System that is built on Salesforce and leverage all of its functionalities to meet business needs.
- You will create and maintain Visual Force pages and controllers as needed for our customer portal.
- You will identify bugs as they come up and remedy them as quickly as possible.
- Collaborate with 3rd party Salesforce vendors make necessary configuration changes for proper integration with our system.
What we need:
- B.S. in Computer Science (or comparable degree)
- Minimum 3 years programming experience
- Solid Object-Oriented Programming knowledge
- Strong Salesforce programming skills, including:
- Apex
- Visual Force
- SOQL
- Strong in web development languages like CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery
- Familiar with administering all Salesforce system admin level configurations such as user permissions, page layouts, security settings, and SSO/API integrations
- An expert using Salesforce reporting tools and pulling complex reports as needed for internal staff
- Experience using Salesforce Data Loader to import/export data in Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box in developing application solutions; creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively interact with staff; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at one time
