Job Description: 1. Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization. 2. Responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers & BDMs. 3. Working as a whole soul in charge of Delivery. 4. Maintaining a good relationship with the existing clients. 5. Making sure on time delivery of the deliverables. 6. Should have sound knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates. 7. Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission. 8. Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made. 10. Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients. 11. Responsible for CRM activities, Post sales activities. 14. Follow up with the Clients on regular basis 15. Strategic planning & execution. Requirement: The candidate must have hands on experience (4-10 years) of Business Development/ Delivery (preferably from the IT staffing industry), sound knowledge of IT Recruitment, Rich Team Handling experience & B2B Client handling. Must have proven track record Salary: Salary is not a constraint for the deserving candidate.
