What we are looking for is team players; people who truly love collaborating. Of course there are always times where you might need to put your headphones on, knuckle down and concentrate, but this isn’t the norm in our studio - our developers love sharing their knowledge and learning from each other.
ABOUT YOU
You genuinely care that things are done the right way, but recognise that sometimes you just have to GSD (get stuff done!). You are always looking to learn and improve - whether you've got zero experience or 15 years experience with that technology, you know there's room to make it better.
You like to bounce ideas around with other creative and talented devs and you're slightly addicted to the buzz you get from coming up with a unique solution to a curly problem. You thrive in an environment where you can call on the expertise of your team mates, as well as having your expertise depended upon and recognised.
The team you work with is just as important to you as what you're trying to achieve, and the tech stack you're using to get there. (Although new and interesting is always more fun!)
