JOB DESCRIPTION :

Location : Gurgaon
We are looking for a skilled React Native developer to join our mobile and website development team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining technical architecture, track performance, and verifying reliability of frontend web and mobile applications. To ensure success as a react.js developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications. Ultimately, a top-class react.js developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.
Responsibilities :
- Design and create a scalable frontend for web and mobile apps.
- Developing and implementing user interface components using React concepts and workflows such as Redux, React Hooks, Flux, and Webpack
- Define technical architecture, track performance, and reliability of frontend web and mobile applications.
- Design, Develop, Test and Deploy Frontend of Web applications using frontend frameworks.
- Design, Develop, Test and Deploy, and Mobile applications using ReactNative
- Code reviews to maintain code standards.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Expert in JavaScript, ReactNative, and Frontend framework like ( Express or Angular or Next)
- Able to write scalable, flexible, and clean code using Object Oriented Principles.
- 3+ years of work experience in developing a scalable and robust frontend for web applications
- 3+ years of experience in developing Android/iOS apps using ReactNative.
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Experience with git
- Experience with basic cmd commands
- Basic sense and experience with UI/UX design
- Strong knowledge of Software Architectures and Design Principles
Soft Skills :
- Good communication skills.
- Able to handle and manage a team of up to 5-10 people.
- Problem understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Take initiative and ask relevant questions.
- Ability to see the big picture.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Mandatory Skills :
- Creating projects in MF ALM using site administration.
- Updating project workflows using VB Script.
- Adding/Removing users from Site Administration
- Adding/Removing security roles for users.
- Experience supporting IT tools for Windows applications.
- Hands - on administration experience with any of the mentioned versions HP Quality Center 10, HP ALM 11.5 and HP ALM 12.5.
- Hands - on experience administrating HP QTP 10 and HP UFT 12 and above.
- Hands - on experience administrating HP Load Runner or connection establishments.
- Managing and modifying HP QC/ALM workflow.
- Working knowledge with Oracle SQL.
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to articulate and communicate concisely
Good to have Skills :
- Working experience writing either JAVA or .NET code.
- Working knowledge on Octane, basically on user creation, project creation
- Experience upgrading from one version to another.
- Experience in installation ALM, UFT, and Load Runner/PC patches and upgrades.
- Experience in working directly with vendor to troubleshoot and problem solve system issues.
- Experience in creating standard and custom reports.
- Must have played a collaborative role and should be willing to work together with the team.
