Software Cloud Engineer - Java, AWS, Scala at Basware (Iai, Romania)

In this Project main tasks is to maintained existing product and enhance same as per customer requirement

We are now looking for Software Cloud Engineer to join our team.

Key role responsibilities:

• Contributes actively to product development phases earlier than development for specific development areas


• Gathers and verifies technical requirements from the product development
  sharing with the team for a common understanding


• Independently research and plan larger features. Specialist in a functional
  area/technology who can guide others in its usage


• Breaks large requirements down into sub-tasks and communicate this breakdown clearly with stakeholders


• Takes the initiative to fix issues proactively. Seeks empirical evidence
  through proof of concepts, tests and external research


• Implements complex and high-quality product features to QA

Skills and requirements:

• Should understand Basware business


• Should understand and have experience with various programming paradigms like Object Oriented Programming and Functional Programming; should have significant experience in creating complex systems


• Should understand and have experience with main Basware technologies: Mongo DB, Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, Scala, Play Framework, Javascript + the AWS technologies mentioned above


• Nice to have experience with AWS TECHNOLOGIES like: S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, etc
