Job Requirements :
- Experience in J2EE technologies and frameworks (JSP, Servlets, Struts, JSF). Must have necessarily worked on either EJB/Hibernate/Spring. Good experience on at least on the application server (Weblogic, Websphere, SUN One, etc). We will not process resumes with only JSP/ Servlet/ Struts experience.

- Candidates must have had some experience in designing and developing modules with the performance engineering domain. Candidates should demonstrate traits of what patterns/anti-patterns they adopt during code development.

- Candidate should have hands-on experience on profiling and tuning the code. Should have working experience on (JProfiler/ JConsole/ VisualVM etc.)

- Database experience in Oracle/ MySQL/MS SQL Server is a must. Should have good knowledge on RDBMS concepts and be able to develop database scripts for at least one of the above-mentioned databases.

- Good hands-on experience with open source development tools and frameworks (Eclipse, ANT, Junit, PMD, SVN, etc.)

- Ability to understand UML design diagrams. Ideally should have designed some modules in prior projects using OOAD and UML.

- Working experience on Linux/Unix-based OS systems is a must.
