Job Description :
Job Title : Software Developer - Hybris Lead
Days per week : 5 days - Monday to Friday or as needed
Hours per week : 45 hours per week
Team Hybris
Location : Location is Any( it is not specific to Gurgaon/Mumbai)
Reporting : Manager
Direct Reports : None
Job Brief : Bring expertise on Hybris platform and be responsible for supporting delivery teams through design and build in the capacity of a developer on Digital Commerce projects.
Responsibilities :
- Design and Develop application in digital commerce space
- Ensure a timely delivery by developing using the best coding practices & inhouse agile process
- Ensure timely communication with project managers to ensure successful delivery and internal operational efficiency
- Adherence to organizational policies with respect to conduct as a responsible team player
- Mentor team members as required. Review design and code as required.
Requirements :
Technical Skills :
- Atleast 3-4 years of Hybris commerce experience.
- Excellent understanding of Java, J2EE especially Spring & Hibernate.
- Good software design skills with adequate design pattern knowledge.
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies and ability to excel in an Agile delivery process.
- Good understanding of Databases with the ability to write SQL.
- Familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies like Ajax, JSON, Javascript, Javascript framework eg Angular, Bootstrap, etc, will be helpful
- Understanding of server side multi-threading environment, performance issues will be helpful
- Familiarity with automated build and deploy tools like Jenkins will be helpful
- Familiarity with source control systems like GIT will be helpful
Personal Traits :
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, such as meeting, presentation and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast paced agile environment independently with team located in multiple locations utilizing all the approved communication tools will be helpful.
- Team player who can collaborate with the team in project activities to ensure successful delivery
Education Qualification : UG: B.Tech / B.E. - Computers OR PG: MCA / M.Tech
