Technical Skill Set :
- 3 - 5 years of experience in developing web applications using Microsoft .NET 3.5 / 4.0
- Excellent knowledge in C#.Net, ASP.Net, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, RDBMS concepts and web services
- Good knowledge in writing efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Must possess excellent analytical skills to solve complex technology problems
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Strong experience and knowledge of OOp's concepts.
Managerial & Other Skill Sets :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Guides and nurtures freshers and other new entrants.
- Excellent team-building skill & should be able to resolve the queries.
- Works with minimal or no supervision
- Bring an innovative approach for the given problem & brings in an innovative idea
