Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our fast-growing software department. You must exhibit advanced knowledge in the development and maintenance of responsive web applications. Youll provide advanced strategic support to marketing management to meet all marketing goals, and offer guidance and support to junior developers and junior design personnel. This is a terrific opportunity for a web developer whos looking to gain experience in people management and mentoring.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design, create and maintain web content to meet product requirements.
  • Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.
  • Work with IT to ensure back-end processes to and from the website transition smoothly.
  • Collaborate with an editorial on online companion resources.
  • Create, facilitate, and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content management, and technical support.
  • Mentor junior designers in weekly one-on-one advanced design concepts coaching sessions, and provide feedback on practice assignments.

Qualifications and Skills
Preferred:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others

Required:

  • Strong client-side coding skills and experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery)
  • In-depth knowledge of web design and maintenance
  • Advanced experience with search engine functions and optimization (SEO/SEM)
  • Experience with web page versioning/source control and of Content Management Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • JQuery, JavaScript: 2 years (Required)
  • PHP, MySQL: 2 years (Required)
  • HTML, CSS: 2 years (Required)
