Responsibilities :

- Participating in development, configuration, design, implementation, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of process solutions to meet the defined requirements.

- Designing end-to-end processes using workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

- Researching, analysing, understanding, documenting and recommending the business processes, solutions, and test scenarios in detail where required.

- Managing diverse requirements, negotiate, and effectively articulate rationale and vision behind technical decisions that support the business

- Taking responsibility for RPA architectures and RPA technology administration functions.

- Developing strategies and operational plan for customers to standardize RPA-based service offerings, and leading client implementation service delivery providing management and oversight of RPA Implementation

- Partnering closely with product owners and business analyst to align product architecture with business needs.

- Identifying proactively areas and opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

- Assessing and communicating about projected timelines for deliverables.

- Dividing work among team members to meet timelines.

- Mentoring and training junior team members (developers, testers).

Requirements :

Only those candidates may apply who :

- Have 5+ years working in a Development / Business Analysis / Project Management capacity, and 3+ years of demonstrable experience with multiple projects, prototypes and proofs of concept on UI Path, and are looking for a long-term position. Experience working with the US Health Care preferred, but not mandatory.

- Have experience in UiPath (Advanced Level 3 certification), UiPath Orchestrator, SQL, SQL Server 2012, .NET. Skills in Python, Java, are preferred.

- Have experience working with any data extraction tool.

- Have experience with Agile and DevOps practices.

- Have and are looking to improve their familiarity with diverse ideas, best practices, and emerging -industry trends for RPA from a variety of sources.

- Have proven hands-on capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members. You would have sharp attention to details, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently.

- Have proficiency in written and oral English communication. You shall be reading, writing, analysing, interpreting, negotiating and presenting business correspondence with groups of managers, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Are proactively analytical, problem-solving and calculative aptitude.

- Are able and interested in being part of a team dedicated to delivering quality work.

- Can constantly learn and unlearn, willing to share/teach, and are not afraid of experiments and change.

- Have a green outlook and care about the environment.

- Are responsible entrepreneurs in their pursuit.

- Flexible to work with India and US time zones.

- Are available to join full time at our Noida office.
