Job Description : Should be responsible for creating solutions for different US-based SONY clients to meet their Workforce policies and requirements with Kronos products in their environment.
Must have worked on the following :
- Hands-on experience in Kronos pay policies configuration (Pay rule, Work rule, Accruals, etc.)
- To follow Kronos SDLC process to provide solutions to the clients.
- Experience in Dimensions, knowledge on CRTs.
- Experience in developing the Kronos WIM interfaces and modifying existing batch scripts.
- Must have depth knowledge in end to end Kronos implementation (coding, testing UAT and deploying the interfaces )
- Knowledge in SQL scripting - Tables/Stored Procedure, etc.
- Should be able to customize the application as per Biz need.
- Should be comfortable in Self-exploration of existing customization, Inbound and outbound integration.
Work Timings : UK Shift (1:30 p.m. to 10:30 PM Emergency support during Biz working hour as required).
