- Pull KPI Trends and watching the OneScore for the KPIs
- Trouble Ticket and Work Order Generation
- Work with engineers to analyze data and course of action to take with a hands-on approach to solutions
- Parameter checking (direct access into sites as your experience expands)
- Participate in the daily performance calls and even lead the call as you gain more experience

Qualifications
The experience you'll bring
You're currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science path. Aside from your degree path, we are looking for the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Academic experience coding with Python and/or SQL
- Strong Excel skills
- Well-organized and able to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
- Able to understand and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Data visualization: able to incorporate visual elements to effectively convey a message
- Able to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment to achieve goals
