- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role requires to work on our massively distributed, large scale, fault tolerant systems.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for improve monitoring and alerting our hosts and services, and implement them efficiently to be scalable and be fault tolerant
- Contribute to enhancing and managing our CI/CD.
- Hands-on knowledge of Jenkins is a must.
- Enhance and maintain our logs collection, processing and visualization infrastructure
- Code scripts and tools to collect and visualize metrics of application and system logs.
- Troubleshoot and fix performance issues in our cloud system as well as be able to do minimize production outages
- Partner with development teams to adhere to SDLC standards
- Create, document and update operating procedures on an ongoing basi Adhering to Service Level Agreements as part of the Production Support process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, relevant industry experience can substitute
- More than 4 years of software development experience
- Experience working in a complex environment, such as large scale web infrastructure or development team
- Experience supporting a 24/7 enterprise environment with on-call responsibilities for production support
- Metrics collection tools like Prometheus
- Log management tools like ELK
- Creating Log Analyser using Java and experience in Apache Kafka
- SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Working knowledge on REST APIs is a plus
- Experience working with performance measurement tools like Apache JMeter
- Knowledge of DevOps related practices such as CI/CD, Blue-Green deployments, Software Defined Infrastructure and tools
- Experience with Docker
- Experience in a broad range of software development and operations technologies such as Infrastructure, virtualization, load balancing, containers, JVM's, web servers, application debugging, queueing technologies, caching technologies, routing and switching.
