Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Identify, record, document reproducible steps thoroughly, and track defects to resolution
- Ability to design and execute test scenarios for new software features
- Perform regression testing before weekly software pushes
- Perform verification testing of fixed defects
- Interact with developers to resolve defects, clarify functionality and resolve usability issues
- Contribute to continual QA process improvement efforts
- Ability to take initiative like suggesting and completing test plans without being told to do so
- Will be testing on Mac and Windows desktops running multiple browsers like Chrome, Edge, Safari, IE, Firefox
- Will test some native applications on Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS
- Experience with performance and security testing is a plus **
- Automate common test cases using industry standard test automation tools such as Selenium
- We require someone who can juggle manual as well as automation testing
Proficient in:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation written in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Extensive experience in Selenium (WebDriver).
- Experience with API automation testing.
- Experience with Git and Jenkins.
- Cross platform (Linux/Macintosh/Windows) — don’t need to be an expert on all three, but cannot be afraid of any.
- Enough familiarity with HTML.
- Experience with Jenkins integration

This position is located in San Mateo, California. Regular attendance in the office is expected.
