2. Shortlisted candidates opting for remote working, will have to be compulsorily available for a period of 2 weeks in Nagpur from DoJ post which they can work remotely.
Responsibilities :
- Work as part of our dynamic Salesforce team throughout the software development life cycle
- Collaborate with and mentor team members through code review, design and knowledge sharing
- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design, administrative activities to development, automated testing, and deployment, including data quality and design
- Design and implement critical solutions on the Force.com platform utilizing Visualforce, Apex, D/HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
- Actively engage in an Agile (Scrum) environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven methodologies
- Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality/time-to-market imperatives
- Assists with user story grooming to better define technical configuration changes and translate business intent
- Participate in the development of W&D's next-generation Salesforce platform (Lightning)
- Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management
Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of development experience with Salesforce
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
A perfect fit for this role :
- Expert-level experience in Lightning, Apex and Visualforce development
- Experience with Salesforce Communities
- Experience building Web-based UIs with a deep understanding of HTML, JavaScript (including libraries such as jQuery and Prototype) and CSS
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns and prior work with OO languages (e.g. Java, Ruby, C#, C++)
- Prior experience with an MVC framework
- Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendations
