ROLE: Lead Developer

TYPE: Contract to Hire

LOCATION:  Denver, Colorado

Seekingexperienced Lead Developer to build a world-class modern POS system. As a Lead Developer, you will revolutionizethe industry by leveraging cloud technology, integration into APIs, andlearning about our customers.

ESSENTIALDUTIES:

• This is ahands-on development role with team leadership responsibilities
• Lead technicaldirection of our platform which will build and support upwards of $1B inrevenue across multiple locations and verticals
• Participate inArchitectural Review Board (ARB)
• Collaborationwith architecture, engineering and security teams, business and operationalteams across resorts
• Build Azurecloud and local solutions for survivability of the platform
• Build modernarchitecture solutions using micro services, docker, async development (queue,and replication) and cloud technologies
• Develops codein ASP.Net Core, using C# and JavaScript in a modern browser and mobile devices(iPad, Android/iPhone)
• OwnSupplemental requirements (i.e. performance, scalability, reliability,recoverability, etc.)
• Participate inDesign Sprints
• Meetdeliverable dates with team
• Own technologydelivery
• Work with UX tobuild wireframes and recommend solutions
• Present tostakeholders and tech team and work for clarification
• Assist intesting / QA activities as necessary

SKILLS

Required:

• Expert atintegration technologies using Rest APIs, JSON/XML with tools like Azure DataBus, and MuleSoft, RabbitMQ, MQSeries or JMS
• Expert inMicrosoft technologies ASP.Net Core, C#, Angular, Web API, SQL Server
• Cloudexperience on Azure
• Database designexpertise in SQL Server or MariaDB (especially using JSON field types)
• NOSQL (i.e.MongoDB, Elastic, Solr, Couchbase, Cassandra, CosmoDB, DynamoDB) expertise
• HeadlessCommerce understanding
• Containers Docker/Kubernetes
• Modern JSdevelopment using Angular JS or React JS
• Master datamanagement experience
• Being Detailoriented
• Excellentcritical thinking skills to make good decisions in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starterwith bias toward action and know how to balance getting details right whilestill moving fast
• Experienceworking in global companies with multiple currencies and languages
• Knowledgeableof PCI Compliance and security
• High-level ofprototyping skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experiencetransitioning from product to operational (training, rollout, etc.)
• Expertise inautomated testing with tools like Selenium
• Participate inthe ARB (Architectural review Board)

Preferred:

• MicrosoftDynamics CRM / Common Data Model and Common Data Service expertise andextending it
• MicrosoftDynamics F&O integration expertise for orders and product integrations
• Ruby on Railsand Python skills
• Terraform usageon Azure Cloud or ARM templates
• Integrationexperience Azure Data Bus, MuleSoft, etc.
• Experience withfeature flags and modern software principles
• Experience withcontinuous development and MVP
• Experience withOKRs and KPIs driven development

EDUCATION &EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Minimum of abachelors degree in computer science, Engineering related technical area
• 5+ years leaddeveloper or equivalent experience building world class software products usingMicrosoft technologies

Preferred:

• Understand LeanStartup principles and MVP concepts
