Job Description :
1. The Lead Software Engineer is involved in all aspects of the product life cycle, from the initial kick-off through the requirements analysis, design and implementation
2. Identification of major system interfaces and development of module reuse on an enterprise-wide scale
3. Actively participate in recruiting the technical leaders for the organization
4. Assist in creating and reviewing Technical Design Documents
5. Responsible for communicating to others on technical standards, principles, methodology and trends.
6. Lead a small team of developers, coach, mentor, and delegate to engineers to facilitate their development
7. Collaborate effectively with other development teams and architects to solve complex problems spanning their respective areas and resolve technological disagreement with informed and rational debate
8. Work in a team as well as independently and deliver on aggressive goals
9. Proposes process changes for how things should work
10. Has worked on shipping more than one product
11. Can take up very large tasks and complex tasks involving multiple components
12. Can investigate areas of ambiguity
13. Collaborate with managers on team performance
14. Main point of contact on team
Requirements:
1. 6+ years of server side application development experience with Java
2. B.TECH Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
3. Demonstrated experience delivering real time highly scalable system
4. Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery as an individual contributor
5. Great problem solving skills
6. Excellent team skills
7. Experience working with Digital Marketing (facebook/Google) automation
Technical Skills :
1. Java (must)
2. Spring (must)
3. RDBMS (mysql is a plus)
4. NoSQL
5. Maven/git/Kafka
6. Good to have Big data/spark experience.
