DESCRIPTION

Are you a Product Owner looking to make an Impact, use your Craft, foster Collaboration, and display your Leadership? Our client is looking for a seasoned individual to help lead their Agile teams through technology platform modernization and industry leading customer-experience design. Their are multiple projects and roles requiring expertise in Digital Experience delivery, Health Data Systems and Salesforce CRM for this national Health Care Provider in Boise, Idaho. It is a long term assignment and our company entertains full-time and hourly employees as well as independent contractors. We currently have a team delivering and have a respected relationship with this local client. If you do not have the specific domain expertise we still consider candidate that adaptable, and strong PO skills and experience.

Length:12+ months

Reports to:Agile Program and Product Management team (IT)

Primary Accountabilities

  • Produce a high quality backlog balancing usability, business value, customer value, and Dev team delivery
  • Engage with product management and analyst teams to develop a product and team delivery roadmaps aligned to our strategic priorities
  • Engage and lead Sprint Planning meetings and other Scrum events
  • Establish quality Sprint Review and demos with appropriate stakeholder engagement
  • Define and articulate objectives at iteration, quarterly, and multi-year roadmap level. Promote timeline delivery against feature, task, and initiative level objectives.
  • Write well-defined User Stories/Use Cases and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure top-caliber stakeholder and leadership communication occurs
  • Ensure quality delivery of business deliverables while inspiring and motivating teams
  • Exhibit big picture product and business sense; demonstrate deep understanding of the product from a user's perspective

Secondary Accountabilities

  • Work with other Product Owners via a Community of Practice / guild to increase collaboration, consistency and application of best practices among Product Owners in the organization
  • Drive adoption and maturity of product management and Agile disciplines at team, department, and enterprise levels
  • Drive requirements and solution discovery for upcoming project work, maintain a pipeline of well-structured work for team consumption
