IQTalent Partners is looking for a full stack software developer to join our growing technology team.
As a full-stack software developer, you will be building a cutting-edge web application that will change the recruiting industry. This application will make our recruiters more efficient, improve client experience, and collect data relevant to our business operations.
As a full-stack developer, you’ll be:
- Working alongside our Director of Technology collaborating on the various components of the web application
- Working with our recruiters and associates to gather feedback to design and launch new features that meet the business needs
- Maintaining a quality tested code base
- Building web application in Ruby on Rails, also using JavaScript, VueJS, HTML, and
- Using DevOps tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
Who you are:
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on full stack web application development in Rails and experience in JavaScript, VueJS, HTML, CSS, and Sass.
- An ability to work in a self-directed manner, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- A critical lens and ability to identify current and potential challenges, with the drive to proactively address and prevent them
This is a contract position that could lead to a full-time position for the right individual.
